The Kimberley Coast Cruising Yacht Club (KCCYC) is an internet based club, which stores information on its members in a private database. The information stored is generally limited to the information each member provides when they join the club, but excludes financial data.
Please be aware that parts of that information, including but not limited to, members names, email addresses, state or country of residence, links to members websites or blogs, and vessel names are published in the members only section of the KCCYC web site.
Other data relating to members and others, including text and image files such as photos, emails, news, and forum posts & responses may also be published in the KCCYC web site.
By entering the members only pages of the KCCYC web site, you agree to allow such data to be published on the KCCYC web site.
The KCCYC will not knowingly pass on any members information to any organisation or person for commercial reasons, other than reasons directly relating to the day to day operations of the KCCYC. EG. – Polo shirt size, name and postal address to the shirt supplier.
By becoming a member of the KCCYC you will be automatically subscribed to the KCCYC Newsletter, which will be emailed to the email address you provide on your member application form, or any additional email address your provide or amend. You may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link located at the foot of the Newsletter.
The KCCYC does not receive any financial information on members, other than the amount of the initial membership fee paid to the KCCYC. The PayPal secure web site is used to pay the membership fee over the internet. Your financial information such as credit card details used over the internet to pay the membership fee to the KCCYC may be collected by PayPal.
