        Is Daley River/Anson Bay and/or around Cape Dombey a reasonable anchorage to break up the trip to Berkeley River coming from Darwin? Thanks

          Cape Ford is your best bet and there’s a couple of creeks south of Pt Keats at Fossil head

            I normally anchor at Dorcherty Island, in the Bay south of Jones point, then across the gulf to reach the Berkeley on a rising tide to go straight over the bar in daylight.
